Peng's culinary travels include all over Utah, Cambodia, Boston, and Southern California. He is a 24 year food recipient. His favorites dishes include Muffaletta with sparkling water, Chinese Bitter Gourd Soup, Fried Chicken, Escargot, Thick Medium Rare Filet Mignon and a fine glass of herbal Iced tea. He is the third of 4 children of immigrant parents. He currently attends the University of Utah studying History. He is an avid sports fan. Other food challenges include the "Gandolpho's 100" and "Localvore"
